How to Update Payment details
The Amy May Trust Subscription Scheme is not a Direct Debit. This means, when your card expires or you wish to change the card on your account, you will need to do so manually. This can easily be done from our website.
The following steps will talk you through this. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
STEP 1
Log in to your account
Click ‘Sign in’ on the top right hand side of the screen. If on mobile, it will be the icon of a person on the top left.
Please enter the email and password you made when you signed up. If you’ve forgotten these details, they can be easily reset from the pop-up menu.
STEP 2
Navigate to your saved payment method
Once you’ve logged in, your account will pop-up from the right. From this menu, you will be able to see your saved payment card. Click this link.
STEP 3
Add your new payment method
From the following screen, you will be able to add your new payment method and set it as your default card. You can also delete your old cad on file, so only your new, preferred card is on your account.
Once your payment method has been updated, click save. You will now have updated successfully your payment method.
